£80 per month for the Scholar plan for

1 x personalised plan
1 x 30 mins ZOOM session to review progress per month
2 x 30 mins ZOOM tuition session per month

BEST will arrange a “get to know the child” session with him/her and their parents within the first week. The aim of the session is to know the child. The questions as follows.

1. What is your favourite subject?
2. What do you want to be when you are older?
3. What are your hobbies?
4. What do you do to relax?

These questions are designed to identify a motivational approach.

1. Recent grades – derive a baseline
2. Study routine – control factor
3. Study methods – control factor

The second set of questions will indicate where the child is in relationship to the National Curriculum and, subsequently, Kings’ Scholarship level.

The Personalised Plan

BEST will provide a view of the current academic gap and define a personalised plan to address the academic gap. Each school examination grade becomes a checkpoint. BEST believes that with modern technologies and readily available information, the children of this generation can learn more efficiently and subsequently achieve their full potential.

The Tuition session every 2 weeks

The two tuition sessions offers opportunities for the child to communicate the topics that they find difficult to understand. (I will have time to review and think of a way to teach.)

Depending on the above, one of the tuition sessions can be on generical approach. Such as how is the child communicating with their teacher? How to improve the questions to teachers to optimise learning? How is the child managing the vast intake of information? The aim as stated in Episode 3 is for the child to gain that big picture understanding of the concepts. The neuron pathways are firing at all directions and maximise intuition.

The monthly Feedback session

The Monthly feedback will be discussion with the child and parents, where we will tune the personalised plan, and understand what were effective and where the resource should focus on.
