Derek holds a PhD in Robotics and Autonomous Systems from The University of Edinburgh and Heriott-Watt University. He is passionate about education and aims to create a process where each child will have the confidence and the positive mindset to achieve their aspirations.

He currently focuses on the academic aspects, with the King’s Scholarship as the highest benchmark. His mission is to ensure children from any background can achieve such standards with determination and assistance with Artificial Intelligence technology.

For the price of a cup of coffee a week, he aims to create educational content that can guide any child to find the best version of themselves.

He worked in Formula 1, Aerospace and NGO industries. He loves to travel and visit museums and live in different countries.
