In summary, my approach is
- Focus on King’s Scholarship level – This is an in-depth understanding of the English and Welsh National Curriculum. The curriculum is well-defined and will provide each child with the knowledge to understand the changing world around us.
- Fully personalised to each child – Every child is different and has different interests and hobbies; therefore, sources of motivation will be different.
- Affordable for everyone. Just need to read the posts, refine your approach to study and work hard.
- Student lead approach based on motivation and context awareness – A sustainable approach to motivate the child to continuously develop and avoiding risk of burn-out.
- A systematic approach to cover every subject and topics – Aim to provide well-rounded support in the areas that each child requires. Science club, writing club, and reading club will launch in the future.
- Journey-focused – Learning is a pleasant experience. A positive outcome will come.
- The use of modern technology to complement day-to-day activities, Organisation apps, the internet and intranet (a secured environment within a subset of the internet), will mean that every work can be archived, and the child will be proud of their achievements and developments.
- Train to use Artificial Intelligence effectively – Introduce the use of AI and the understanding of the limitations and bias of AI. This can augment the child access to knowledge and unlock their potential in a different way to the generations before.
- Transparency – Parents can see how the child’s interests develop into aspirations.
What are the deliverables? That does depend on how much effort the child put in. My role is to multiply that effort to be as efficient in learning and as effective as possible. Grade improvement from additional effort.
